We are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager based in Hanoi, Vietnam. This role is responsible for managing and expanding customer accounts within a designated territory or account list. As the primary point of contact, the Account Manager will build strong relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive account growth. In some cases, You may also work with partners to support and sell to customers. The key objective is to identify new business opportunities, build a healthy sales pipeline, and consistently exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary commercial contact for customers and partners within the assigned territory or account list.
• Manage and grow existing accounts across various industries, while proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with strategic customers and prospects to understand their technical needs, strengthen key relationships, and drive revenue through Keysight's hardware, software, and integrated solutions.
• Develop and continuously improve lead generation strategies to support business expansion.
• Focus on customer development and satisfaction, ensuring long-term, positive relationships with key clients.
• Take initiative to understand customer challenges, provide tailored solutions, and uncover new growth opportunities.
• Provide regular updates on sales forecasts, account performance, and business progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field; equivalent experience in test and measurement or distribution will also be considered.
• Over 2 years of experience in technical sales and channel or distributor management within the test and measurement industry.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and experience applying structured account management methodologies.
• Fluency in Vietnamese and English is required; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
