About this Position

As the Junior Adhesive Application Engineer for Automotive Original Equipment Manufacturers, you will support rubber and plastic-based components, adhesives, and sealants, ensuring technical solutions meet commercial goals. You’ll work closely with business teams and customers to drive successful projects, while contributing to product development, troubleshooting, and application optimization.

What you´ll do

• Technically lead the development and commercialization of products by optimizing application processes.
  
• Directly interact with customers to support application process optimization, troubleshooting, and resolution of product and process-related issues.
  
• Solve technology-specific fundamental problems across entire product lines or classes through innovative approaches in application process development, troubleshooting, and material characterization using analytical instruments (UTM)
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Fresh graduate with Bachelor’s degree (1-3 years' experience preferred)
  
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
  
• Fluent in both verbal and written English
  
• Good communication skills
  
• Initiative and willingness to learn/passionate
