Description
What you´ll do- Support sales team for surface treatment (ST) technical solution promotion to customers.
- Onsite customer technical service including ST line set up, trouble shooting, line audit, training and sampling.
- Support PD, BDM, IPM for new product development and launch at customer side.
- Internal study for innovation solution development do solve customer’s issue from appl. English side.
- 5S and SHE.
What makes you a good fit
- Chemistry backgrounds.
- Prefer painting/auto components related industry experience.
- Good customer communication and problem-solving skills.
- Need to use digital tools including Henkel digital system, office et. al.
