In this highly visible role, your primary responsibilities will include • Supporting transistor level simulation solutions that scale with accuracy and capacity challenges • Supporting and enhancing the custom transistor level simulation flows and/or EM/IR flows • Collaborating with various design groups (Physical-design and integration, Circuit-design / Power / Technology) to address their circuit verification requirements across different processes • Partnering with design, CAD and EDA teams to identify flow deficiencies and deliver state of art solutions

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience with custom design environment and transistor level circuit simulation
• Knowledge of at least one of the following programming languages: Python, Perl, C/C++
• Minimum requirement of BS

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing transistor level simulation flows and automations for improved accuracy and higher performance
• Knowledge in EM/IR analysis tools, including their working principles and methods.
• Familiar with custom design environment and flows, including schematic/layout design, simulation, extraction, and physical verification.
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to root-cause technical challenges and communicate solutions for methodology advancement

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $126,800 and $190,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
