- R&D portfolio management, including R&D program decision-making, tracking, and guiding BU R&D teams.
- S&OP alignment: collaborate with GSC S&OP to align demand/supply; ensure BU pipeline and R&O inputs are timely and complete for supportability assessments.
- Analytics & automation: champion standardized dashboards (e.g., Power BI) for revenue outlooks, GM bridges, and driver‑based models; reduce manual effort.
- Governance & controls: maintain fiscal controls, audit readiness, and clear decision rights; codify playbooks and improve cycle time and data quality.
- Leadership: set vision and culture for BU Finance; mentor and develop talent; foster partnership, accountability, and inclusion.
Other Responsibilities:
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications:

- Demonstrated P&L ownership with strong forecast accuracy and variance analysis.
- Proven impact in pricing/deal modeling, portfolio profitability, and investment decisions.
- Operator who excels at weekly/monthly performance cadences and cross‑functional execution with Product, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain.
- Excellent executive communication and storytelling; ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with S&OP, standard costing/capacity topics, and BI/analytics (e.g., Power BI).
