Due to the development of John Deere Polska Business Service Center in Poznań we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:

EDI Coordinator
Poznań, Poland

Your responsibilities:

• EDI process monitoring and error resolution
• Handling operational processes in ERP system
• Setting up new EDI connections
• Ensuring highest quality of EDI messages
• Proper handling, organization, and control of internal documentation
• Daily collaboration with internal and external business partners
• Acting as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders

Our requirements:

• Professional background in the Supply Management area
• Familiarity with SAP system
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in dynamic environment
• Attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts
• English language skills (B2)

Nice to have:

• Seeburger EDI System (BIS 6) knowledge
• Knowledge of EDI standards (ANSI X12 and EDIFACT)
• Knowledge of communication protocols (AS2 and OFTP2)
• Knowledge of SAP MM module
• Familiarity with ServiceNow application
• German language skills
