In this role, you will drive cross-functional programs and feature areas in Siri's Machine Learning and AI technologies across all Apple products You will partner with engineering management to lead projects through the software development lifecycle from concept to delivery. You should bring solid experience in system software, machine learning, and project management, strong communication and leadership skills, and a track record of driving and delivering multiple complex projects simultaneously. You should demonstrate high integrity, high energy, and feel comfortable in a dynamic and constantly changing environment. As a project leader for various complex and at times highly ambiguous technical projects, you will need to build strong collaborative relationships within the organization as well as cross-functionally, and confidently and calmly manage any conflicts and challenges along the way. You will be responsible for successful outcomes and delivery, driving your projects with a keen eye for important details and communicating clearly on status and risks. Responsibilities

• Develops test frameworks for unreleased software.
• Creates test scripts to automate testing across multiple devices and platforms.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience with a BS/MS, Computer Science / Engineering, or relevant industry experience
• Experience in a machine learning program or project management
• Experience driving and delivering critical project features that involve integration with multiple teams
• Solid knowledge of software development practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in localization, internationalization, machine translation, or language technologies is an asset
• Prior experience in hands-on software or model development is desired
• Curiosity and passion for new technologies, and proven ability to quickly understand technical concepts
• Ability to create and execute plans in ambiguous settings, identifying priorities and driving what matters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal
• Excellent collaboration skills, working together with different teams, and fostering trust
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $121,306 and $213,700 annualized, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
