Responsibilities

• Be a technical advisor in Wirelsss technologies for Keysight's strategic wireless ecosystem customers in the European region
• Assist customers and Account Managers to understand the technical features and key differentiators of Keysight's wireless and RF portfolio as per the use case
• Present, position and demonstrate the functionality and applicability of Keysight wireless and RF test solutions suiting customer's requirement
• Lead and support proof of concept discussions and demonstrations with customers and Keysight R&D teams
• Possess sufficient knowledge at a technical level, of competitor offerings and products, to be able to overcome a competitors' technical advantage and exploit their comparative weaknesses
• Provide training and continuous technical support to customers to help them adopt and use Keysight test solutions
• Identify new and potentially strategically important customers and follow-up qualified leads to build long term business relationships that drive and generate revenues
• Engage in scripting and bespoke development projects to provide customers with proven custom solutions tailored to their testing requirements
• Participation in Keysight marketing events and Industry event as a Technology expert

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Masters/PhD in Electronics and Communication Engineering
• Experience: 8-10 years with > 5 years in customer facing roles
• Have a strong skill set in Wireless applications with specific competences in 5G and Protocol Certification/Conformance and Radio Channel Emulation
• Thorough understanding of cellular technologies like LTE, 5G NR and connectivity technologies like IEEE 802.11ac/ax
• Understanding of L1 operations between UE and enodeB, iRAT, Handovers, MIMO, CA and test methods of validating UE performance at L1
• Excellent knowledge of 5G NR FR1 and FR2 NSA/SA call procedures and messages [L1 to L3], RF and protocol measurements, including chamber-based OTA measurements.
• Understanding of 3GPP Releases [R15-18 features], RAN4 and RAN5 test cases, its interpretation and test cases applicable for UE.
• Understanding of massive MIMO, beamforming, carrier aggregation, EN-DC/NR-DC and channel models is required.
• Hands on experience on measurement instruments including 5G base station emulator, channel emulator, signal/spectrum analyzer and signal generator is required.
• Working knowledge of scripting and test automation is needed [Python, C++]
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good articulation and presentation skills.
• Capable of handling multiple projects and customer engagements simultaneously.
• Self-motivated problem solver and agile learner.
