The Field Service Engineer for Cytiva is part of the India Equipment services organization located in Ahmedabad and will be a remote customer facing role. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you'll do

• Will accompany the service engineers and help them in pre-installation work, equipment demo &
• other service activities. This will involve travel within the city and outside as well.
• Will ensure the delivery of operations - installing, trouble-shooting, planned maintenance of the various range of Single use and Chromatography Equipment sold by Cytiva Life Science to the customers in Biopharmaceutical Industries.
• Required to attend independently or with a trained engineer and close the service calls as per Cytiva Service Quality.
• Support the team in service documentation work & be an active contributor.

Who you are

• Should have 0-5 years of experience with a bachelor's degree in biotechnology /Instrumentation /Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronics/ Electrical & Telecommunications Engineering.
• Ability to learn quickly & demonstrate independent working straits
• Should have knowledge about the basic tools used for service and repairs
• Fluency in English language.
• Ability to learn the processes in Cytiva Life Sciences for reporting, escalations, travel.
