In this role, you will collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and integrate cutting-edge hardware systems for future Apple products. You will own critical aspects of the electrical architecture and implementation, ranging from schematic design and layout to bring-up, debug, and validation. Success in this role requires not just deep technical expertise, but also strong product intuition and a systems-level mindset. Minimum Qualifications

• BS in electrical engineering or computer engineering
• 3+ years of hands-on experience shepherding system designs from concept to mass production, proactively anticipating and addressing potential roadblocks
• Expertise in hardware design for embedded applications from SOC/MCU integration, power architecture (DC-DC, battery), and sensor definition / integration
• Understanding of compute architecture and peripheral IO functions (PCIe, USB, I2C, SPI, UART, SWD)
• Working knowledge of PCB/flex layout for optimizing for high speed SI and PDN
• Demonstrated ability to effectively bring-up, debug, and validate mixed-signal designs

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of imaging systems and image processing for ML applications
• Expertise in emerging sensing technologies and sensor design highly preferred.
• Ability to take a methodical and insightful approach to data analysis
• Passion for continuous learning and exploring new technologies is highly valued.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $147,400 and $272,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
