About the Role We Are Looking For
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across multiple operating platforms and programming languages, with a strong focus on both front-end and back-end development. This role requires a strategic mindset, continuous improvement drive, and the ability to navigate the evolving technological landscape while leading and collaborating within an Agile environment.

Technical competences:
Substantial knowledge of Software:
- Familiar with various operating platforms (i.e. Windows, Linux, Unix…,)
- Experience with both front-end and back-end development by having programming skills in [Java/.NET/GO] and exposure to a wide range of other high-level languages and frameworks (e.g. Python, HTML, CSS, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, GraphQL)
- Familiar with multithreading & UX/UI design, modelling and simulation tools
- Able to use Continuous Integration (CI) / Continuous Deployment (CD) tools (e.g. Gitlab, Jenkins, Git)
- Know Big Data main technologies
- Knowledge about cybersecurity
- Database good knowledge
- Demonstrate a strong desire for continuous improvement and a capacity to develop a strategic vision: able to integrate and anticipate the various elements of discipline environment in order to guide the team through the challenges prompted by competitiveness
-  Know how to adopt a Lean Management approach and apply Agile principles to the management and development discipline team, in Scrum and / or Kanban mode
- Understanding of various testing methodologies, including manual and automated testing
- Knowledge in different types of testing, such as functional, performance, security, and user acceptance testing

Responsibilities:
- Drive as hiring manager the hiring process and team building for all the needs coming from projects for his discipline; help EDMs/CPOs to identify properly the suitable roles based on projects needs
- Be responsible for TSR ramp-up to reach the goal workforce
- Be accountable for onboarding new comers in his discipline
- Be accountable about retention in his discipline teams
- Determine team goals/objectives and make sure the team is moving towards achieving the goals; checkpoints, quality/achievement; team assessment versus teams objectives; develop a strategy the team will use to reach its goal
- Support his discipline team members development and help them to advance professionally within the context of projects' key challenges.
- Help EDMs/CPOs/Tech leaders to identify team weaknesses and strengths and mediate improvement, help team members to follow their carrier path; develop skills based on project's needs; obtain resources for skill development activities (by coaching, trainings, tasks etc); Be accountable for the carrier development of his discipline teams members.

- Be accountable for his discipline team performance KPIs
- Be accountable about Team Performance assessment inside his discipline
- Be accountable for the team technical expertise support inside his discipline

- Be clear in expectations, keep an open communication with each member, give feedback and ensure a balance between project needs and team's needs
- Communicate and distributing information inside the team and among stakeholders
- Be the interface for his discipline teams in front of the origin unit HODs/ EDMs/CPOs
- Assure good communications inside team and be a good mediator inside the team and outside the team with the others stakeholders
- Have regular syncs with EDMs / CPOs/ origin unit HODs linked to his discipline
- Be his discipline team members ambassador in front of all involved stakeholders
- Help EDMs/Tech Leads to delegate responsibilities to the right individuals; help to discover each individual's strengths to distribute work effectively; Empower the team
- Help EDMs/CPOs to resolve conflicts in the team and among stakeholders; Understand the context; Understands the point of view of each party; Identifies the win-win solution; Persuades the parties to adopt the win-win solution
- Ask and give constant Feedback (monthly One&Ones) with each discipline member;
- Help EDMs/CPOs/Team leaders to keep team motivated; Identifies team and individual de-motivators; Find solutions to remove de-motivators; Create a positive and optimistic attitude; Facilitates team spirit and team cohesion; Celebrates successes
- Monitor and maintain good team mindset and cohesion, team work
- Lead by examples; be a role model in all circumstances for his discipline members;
- Help his discipline team members to identify properly their priorities between discipline & projects and act accordingly
- Ensure his discipline members are self-organizing
- Responsible for any issues or problems within his discipline teams and make sure they are dealt appropriately
- Ensure no one in his discipline teams is solely responsible for any task or activity (each team member has to have a backup)
- Help his discipline team members to remove impediments where possible and to raise the ones to the appropriate person outside of the team and ensure they are dealt with
- Be accountable about team Holiday management; Ensure that holidays & sickness are managed and align with project's needs, tracked and considered in planning.
- Be accountable about his discipline engineers' workload; Ensure continuous and balanced load for all team members
- Be accountable about his discipline Risks management
- Responsible for ensuring his discipline team members are consistently delivering theirs outputs respecting projects standards & expectations
- Help his discipline team members to learn to estimate properly their projects tasks
