As HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for the all-round HR partnership for part of the organization in the Netherlands.
You will proactively advise on staffing, compensation, engagement, talent management, and disputes, so that they and their teams can function optimally.
You will be the Absenteeism Case Manager and support leadership throughout the Netherlands with complex absenteeism cases. You will be the first point of contact for the Occupational Health and Safety Service (Arbodienst), the Social Security Office (UWV), and the insurers of WGA shortfalls and surplus benefits. You will also manage the Office of Work, ensuring the optimal use of the residual capacity of partially sick colleagues.
You will be the first point of contact for complex employment law cases and be responsible for the best possible solution, using external legal support where necessary. You will build a database containing the content, considerations, and outcomes and share this with the HR team.
As a project manager, you will initiate and/or supervise improvement processes related to (administrative) HR processes.
Your profile:
• Convincing, flexible, team player, self-starter
• Bachelor or Master in HR, Business Management or related and 7+ years of developing HR experience as HR Generalist or HRBP in a commercial, global environment
• Extensive knowledge and experience with the 'Wet Verbetering Poortwachter'
• Extensive knowledge of Dutch Labor Law
• Good command of the Dutch and English language
