HR Intern (Shared Services) The HR intern will support the HR Shared Services team across various tasks relating to HR operations in the company.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Payroll process and HRIS system
• Create, maintain and update records in HR system and files, ensuring the accuracy and quality of data
• Generate employee profile and report from Workday and Times Solution for statutory survey, reporting and analysis
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for global and local HRIS rollout
• Support in the creation of simple user training materials, FAQs or quick reference guides
• Identifying areas for process improvement within HR Shared Services and helping to implement solutions that improve efficiency
• Participate in HR projects as and when assigned

Requirements:

• Undergraduate in Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or Information Systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and knowledge in Power BI
• Prior exposure to Workday and Times Solution system will be an advantage
• Possess good interpersonal communication and organizational skills
• Independent, proactive and self-motivated learner
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality
• Able to commit to a 6 months internship
