About this Position

We are offering the opportunity to join a team of SHEQ experts managing an interdivisional project within HS Infrastructure. The project focuses on migrating our current document management system to a newly established tool called ReMaP.

What you´ll do

• Provide administrative support by reviewing preparation worksheets
• Submit finalized documents to ReMaP and report on the migration status
• Gain insights into the structure and requirements of a certified documentation system in accordance with ISO 9001 standards
• Contribute to the digital transformation of SHEQ processes

What makes you a good fit

• Student with previous practical experience and knowledge around Integrated Management Systems; document control, or project management are a plus
• Fluent in both German and English language
• Highly structured and detail-oriented working style, motivated by change and innovation
• Clear and effective communication skills

• Availability for 6 months starting as of January 2026

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.235 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
