The IT Supporter is responsible for providing 1st and 2nd level support to our internal associates, addressing their IT challenges and requests on our Windows client platform.

This position reports to the 'Senior Manager, Global IT Support' and is part of the Global IT Support team located in Stargard. It is an on-site role that also requires flexibility to travel and occasional work from other sites within Radiometer group (travel expected is less than 10%).

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Provide hands-on IT support to end-user and production facilities.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, access, and application support.
• Procurement and installation & troubleshooting of IT equipment and services.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Degree in Computer science or similar.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience supporting end-users.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Technical experience of supporting production IT.
• Experience working in an international organization.
