Description

• Apply lean manufacturing tools to achive targets fixed by the management
• Monitors the quality of output to identify or discard re-manufacture faulty products
• Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed
• Design, implement and maintain systems to collect and analyze data for critical product and process parameters.
• Use this data to identify process losses.
• Work with line management to prioritize improvement opportunities.
• Eliminate or reduce (prioritized) losses through making process or work system changes.
• Participate in the daily direction-setting process (SIM) - report results, flag issues and request resources.
• Own critical daily management systems, e.g. centre-lining (run-to-target).
• Share and reapply learning across processes, modules and plants.
• Prepare and give training on process/equipment changes.

• A Bachelor`s degree in Engineering or in a related field
• At least internship/1 year of experience in a process engineer role and in industrial environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to engage and lead a cross functional team
• Have a proven ability to learn rapidly
• Strong communication skill
• Strong change management skills that can persuade & lead with conviction
• Ability to mature, grow and develop within the company
• Fluent English
