Description
About this PositionThis role involves managing the technical training process, organizing and delivering trainings. You will specifically plan and conduct Lean Manufacturing trainings, while assisting in coordinating trainings for other departments. Also, you will maintain the Skill Matrix, identify skill gaps, and create training plans to boost development and efficiency.
What you´ll do
- Establish the technical training process for white-collar and blue-collar employees in the production area.
- Organization of the technical training calendar and directly provide trainings in own area of capability
- Organizing and delivering Lean Production trainings, and supporting the organization of relevant technical training for other departments (Health & Safety, Environment and Quality, etc.)
- Support Cell Leader(s) with the design and implementation of the Skill Matrix and update Skill Matrix and report status by person.
- Define skill gaps based on the Skill Matrix and translate to a technical training plan for the Area/Site
- Define the technical training strategy to support employee development and contribute to site productivity
- Research digital training platforms (LMS) and improve the process
What makes you a good fit
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in corporate training and development processes in technical fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a strong technical background in Lean Manufacturing.
- Being a master of the Learning and Development processes
- Ability to create training materials, presentations, and e-learning content.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English.
- Capable of planning training schedules, managing resources, and maintaining structured workflows.
- Skilled in analyzing training needs and evaluating feedback effectively.
