What you'll do:
We are seeking 2 Order Management Specialists to provide seamless support to our customers and distributors. Using initiative, you'll solve problems from initial query right through to remittance whilst delivering increased customer satisfaction through exceptional customer care. Fluent (both written and verbal) in English (and a second language would be preferable in either French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch or German depending on region)
- Foster strong relationships with customers and commercial partners by addressing complex queries promptly and professionally.
- Manage the communication and process of orders including high value, multi step orders with numerous lines items, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely fulfillment to support on time delivery
- Proactively manage backlogs and maintain clear, consistent communication with our customers throughout the entire order to cash cycle.
- Take ownership of backlog review calls with customers as needed - ensuring proactive communication, timely issue resolution and alignment on outstanding items.
- Monitor shipments and installations to ensure timely and accurate revenue recognition.
- Attend Visual Daily Management meetings to drive improvements in our key metrics with a continuous improvement mindset aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction
- Utilise DBS tools to identify root causes and implement sustainable countermeasures related to policy deployment.
- Participate in Kaizens, TPI's, PSP's and projects as required to drive improvements within the team.
- Collaborate with other functions such as Sales, Demand Planning, Legal, Logistics, Finance, and Service to provide comprehensive solutions to customers.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality procedures and SOX.
- Ensure the timely and accurate processing of customer invoices and resolution of billing disputes by working closely with the Accounts Receivable team
- Provide export documentation and ensure full compliance with customs regulations
Who you are:
- Possess excellent communication and order management skills
- Fluent (both written and verbal) in English (and a second language would be preferable in either French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch or German depending on region)
- Commercial awareness essential
- Highly organized and able to prioritize workload
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable working with various systems
- Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, proactivity, and attention to detail
- Experience in client and order management, thriving in a busy environment
- Knowledge of Oracle or similar ERP systems
- Flexible and collaborative team member
- EDI knowledge and experience (if applicable)
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Previous experience of working within a manufacturing environment
