【ポジションの概要】

オーダーテキングチームの一員として、SAPで正式に販売注文が作成されるまでのすべての事前販売活動を管理する役割を担います。これには、顧客注文の受領・確認、SAPへの販売注文入力、販売活動を支援するための事務作業の実施などが含まれます。これらの管理を通じて、注文受領から納品、請求書発行までのスムーズな連携が必要です。

◎お客様からのご注文を正確にかつ迅速にシステムへ登録することで、会社の売上に直接貢献できるポジションです。

◎契約内容や社内ルールの確認を通じて、コンプライアンスのゲートキーパーとしての役割も担います。

◎チームで支え合いながら、正確さと責任感を活かして成長できる環境であり、他部門とのコミュニケーションも多い業務です。

【ご担当いただく職務】

• 販売チーム、顧客と協力してご注文の詳細を確認、加え、コンプライアンスにそった内容であること精査し、SAPに入力する。その際、データ転送を含むエラーの解消等も行う。
• 入力に関連した社内承認の確認やフォロー。
• 入力した受注に基づき、調達チームへ発注を依頼する。必要に応じ先行発注の入力等も行う。
• エンドユーザー、配送先住所等のマスターデータの入力および管理。
• 在庫品の受注への充当と出荷、売上認識の確認。
• 関連部門、およびお客様との出荷日調整。
• ご注文に関するお問合せへの対応。

【求めるスキル・経験・知識】

• セールスアドミ、またはカスタマーサポート職務経験
• SAPを使用した注文処理または関連業務における実践的な経験
• マイクロソフトアウトルックでのビジネスコミュニケーション経験
• セールスフォース・ドットコム（Salesforce.com / SFDC）及びCPQの経験
• マイクロソフトエクセル（基本的関数、ピボットテーブル等）

【語学力】

• 日本語： 流暢レベル以上

【あれば尚可／歓迎するスキル・経験・知識】

• 初級レベル以上の英語力
• マイクロソフトワード、パワーポイント

The Order Taking Specialist is responsible for all pre-sales activities until sales orders are legitimately created in SAP. This represents activities in receiving/certifying customer orders, inputting them as sales orders in SAP, and executing some clerical work to support sales activities. Through these management, smooth coordination from order receipt, delivery and invoicing are to be ensured.

This position reports to the Fulfilment Group/Group Manager and is part of the Operation Division/ Fulfilment Group/ Order taking team located in Takadanobaba, Tokyo Japan and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Coordinate with sales teams and customers to confirm order details and check purchase orders for completeness and accuracy.
• Enter orders into SAP, including CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) transfers and Handle any order entry errors and resolve issues promptly.
• Enter shipping instructions into the system (SAP) and confirm shipment from W/H and to secure revenue recognition

The essential requirements of the job include

• High school degree (or equivalent experience) with 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
• 1+ years of experience in hands-on order entry with SAP for order processing or related operations.
• 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Outlook for business communication

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Ability to prioritize tasks and respond flexibly to changing situations and requests
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to proactively work in cross-functional teams
