What you’ll do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and launch of new packaging solutions
- Test new packaging components to ensure compliance with performance and regulatory standards
- Assist engineers with daily tasks related to packaging development and validation
- Write and maintain packaging specifications and documentation
- Support packaging-related project activities and timelines
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in packaging processes and systems
What makes you a good fit
- An undergraduate student (sophomore, junior, senior) pursuing a degree in Packaging Engineering.
- Packaging Knowledge: Foundational understanding of packaging materials, formats, and processes.
- Communication & Collaboration: Comfortable working across teams and effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
- Adaptability & Learning Agility: Eager to take on new challenges, quickly learn new systems, and apply knowledge to real-world projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); exposure to pallet design software such as CAPE or TOPS is a plus.

Additional information
- This internship is eligible for a housing stipend or relocation support.
- The anticipated start date for this internship is January 5, 2026, and the anticipated end date is June 19, 2026.
- Recruitment for our 2026 internships starts in late August 2025 and runs through early March 2026 or until all our positions are filled.

The salary for this role is $22-$27/hour. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
