Description
About this Position- Packaging excellence PD manager to lead project management, product innovation and cost optimization.
- Strong leadership and strategy to drive Packaging excellence innovation aligned with global team.
- Collaborate closely with the corresponding stakeholders and associated customers and external parties.
What you´ll do
- Technical leadership to improve regional product excellence.
- Lead MOC project management, project pipeline planning and steer collaboration with ASC team.
- Technical representative in TPTs and COGS and support PPM team to drive COGS delivery.
- Manufacturing technical support for quality improvement, troubleshooting and customer complaints.
- Supplier collaboration with procurement team to achieve product maintenance and optimization.
What makes you a good fit
- Master or PhD preferred in Polymer, Material and Chemistry.
- English fluent for daily communication.
- Experience in packaging industry and adhesive technical background preferred.
- Quick learner, open-minded and good communication skills.
