About this PositionA Packaging Technologist within the Global Packaging Activity Management Team plays a critical role in driving packaging data integrity, artwork execution, and component standardization to support product launches and portfolio efficiency. The Packaging Technologist will ensure accurate packaging master data and artwork management across regions, contribute to sustainability initiatives, and help enable legal compliance and time-to-market improvements. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers to deliver cost-effective, compliant, and operationally efficient packaging solutions. + Artwork Management: Coordinate and execute packaging-related artwork steps across multiple product launches. + Packaging Data: Lead the creation and maintenance of regional Packaging Master Data to ensure accuracy and availability. Ensure proper documentation and support for qualification of new and modified packaging materials. + Advise project teams on the selection of standardized packaging components to support efficient launches and minimize complexity. + Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments (e.g., R&D, Supply Chain, Marketing) and suppliers to align packaging component data, artwork, and compliance requirements. + Process, Tools and Master Data Excellence: Drive improvements in time-to-market
What you´ll do
- Artwork Management: Coordinate and execute packaging-related artwork activities across multiple product launches ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Packaging Master Data: Create, maintain, and validate regional Packaging Master Data to ensure integrity, availability, and compliance.
- Standardization: Advise project teams on standardized packaging components to drive efficiency, reduce complexity, and support global harmonization.
- Process & Data Excellence: Streamline packaging data processes and documentation to improve time-to-market (T2M) and ensure proper qualification of new or modified packaging materials.
- Sustainability: Support packaging sustainability initiatives by maintaining accurate data, enabling reporting for environmental metrics, and contributing to waste-reduction efforts.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure packaging materials and finished goods comply with regional and international regulations, including dangerous goods standards.
- Cost Optimization & Innovation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost reduction, innovation, and operational efficiency.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Marketing, and suppliers to align packaging component data, artwork, and compliance requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to enhance data flow, accuracy, and overall packaging operational excellence.

- 5 years of experience in packaging development, artwork management, and data coordination.
- Proficient in packaging materials, specifications, and master data systems (SAP/PLM).
- Skilled in managing cross-functional projects and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global teams.
