Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for the process and payment of social security contributions (IMSS) and the payment to the Institute of National Housing Funds for Workers (Infonavit).
• Performs various accounting recordsthat require knowledge of the Business Unit, Company policy or accounting theory
• Performs account reconciliations, gathers, reviews and analyzes information, and makes necessary corrections or adjustments.
• Prepares and provide information for the Mexican Audit report on Contributions to the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS) and the housing fund institutions for workers (INFONAVIT)
• Responsible for the resolution of problems, support and guidance to internal and external customers on issues related to employee discounts; works with different areas (Human Resources, Accounting, Treasury, Union, Odessa) for problems resolution.
• Processing and management of goverment housing loans requested by employees, as well as canceling and keeping them up to date (Infonavit)
• Prepares various monthly and annual reports.

Education
