Description
About this Position- Focus on AME and pilot products production process and quality maintenance and improvement.
- Make sure pilot production process to meet Henkel SHE standard, and quality satisfy with customer requirement.
- Obey to supervisor assignment.
What you´ll do
- Participate the all workshop SHE activity, improve the process to reduce the production line SHE risk.
- Conduct the daily work order, maintain and establish the work instruction.
- Process improvement such as new products cycle time reduction, quality stable, productivity etc. and make product related complaint investigation.
- Provide timely support and new products pilot run to solve workshop problem for production lines.
- Improving the process to reduce material waste ;Communication with operator by daily meeting and training.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor degree.
- Chemical related major.
- 1-2years working year.
- Basic English communication.
- Computer skill.
