The North American Development Bank (NADBank), a binational financial institution created by the U.S. and Mexican governments with authorized capital of $6 billion and current lending of almost $1.5 billion, is seeking an Engineer/Construction Management Project Analyst to join its team.

What You’ll Do:
Under the supervision of the Technical Services and Grants Department Associate Directors, the Project Analyst collects, interprets and analyzes engineering, environmental, socio-economic and other data by applying appropriate analytical techniques and processes. Frequently assigned to non-recurring or short-term department tasks or work groups to supplement efforts needed to advance projects or complete other special assignments. Works closely under the mentorship of Senior Analyst and/or Project Managers.
What You Bring to the Table:
The successful candidate should have the ability to perform the following duties and responsibilities:
Researches, gathers, analyzes and presents information internally
Reviews technical studies such as planning, facility plans, environmental assessments, or final design for technical accuracy and quality
Evaluates projects for compliance to program requirements, ESG objectives and certification criteria
Identify issues, assess alternatives and provide appropriate analysis
Exercise good judgement in safeguarding confidential or sensitive information with adherence to high standards of ethics and strict rules of confidentiality
Supports special projects, presentations, and other duties as assigned
Minimal traveling.
Requirements
Minimum Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a field of engineering, construction management, environmental science, or related field.
Knowledge of engineering and environmental topics.
Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and carry through multiple tasks to perform job functions in an orderly and efficient manner.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Initiative and goal/project oriented
Good oral and written communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts
Must be a critical thinker and be results oriented
Excellent interpersonal skills and is a team player
Strong analytical thinking with an ability to exercise good judgment to solve difficult problems and propose effective solutions.
Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
Proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
The Project Analyst have the option to work at the Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua office should that be their preference.
