The QA Coordinator, Customer Complaints is responsible for handling customer complaints according to procedure and will participate in optimization/improvement of the current customer complaint processes, ensuring regulatory compliance.

This position reports to the Senior Manager, QA and is part of the Customer Complaint department located in Radiometer Solutions in Stargard and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Handle customer complaints according to procedure
• Participate in optimization of the current customer complaint processes and attend improvements projects
• Support the organization during audits

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Min. High School Education
• Very good (min. B2 level) verbal and written communication skills in English. The position is working closely with the rest of the global organization.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel)

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Requires travel 1-2 times per year to other operating company
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Knowledge of applicable standards and regulatory requirements (ISO 13485, IVD, MD directive, and FDA legislation).

• Working with CRM software
