The Quality Assurance Technician II is responsible for ensuring the integrity and compliance of incoming materials and finished goods. This position supports quality assurance activities in alignment with government regulations, industry standards, and internal quality system requirements. As part of the Quality Assurance and Regulatory team, you will contribute to maintaining high product quality and continuous improvement across operations.
This position reports to the Sr. Quality Engineer and is part of the Quality Assurance and Regulatory team located in New Brighton, Minnesota and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Coordinate and manage all documentation required for Acceptance Activities to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Develop, collect, and communicate quality metrics to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of Acceptance Activities.
- Assist with rework and sort activities, providing inspection support to ensure quality standards are met.
The essential requirements of the job include
- Associate degree in comparable field, 2+ years of experience or multiple years' experience in the technical industry preferred
- Proficiency in an EDMS (Electronic Document Management Software)
- Proficiency in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- AQL/LTPD sampling methodologies
- Experience using MasterControl and Axapta

The hourly range for this role is $29 - $36. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
