About the Role
As an Intern with the Security Analyst Team, you will gain hands-on experience in analyzing website traffic, identifying suspicious activity, and supporting mitigation strategies against automated attacks.
You will learn how our platform works, how bots operate, and how we collaborate with customers to secure their applications.
Responsibilities:
- Learn and assist in monitoring web traffic to identify unusual patterns and potential bot attacks.
- Support the team in investigating anomalies and preparing reports.
- Work with senior analysts to understand automated attack behaviors and help document findings.
- Use visualization tools to create simple reports and dashboards to present traffic insights.
- Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions and customer discussions when needed.
- Collaborate with research and product teams by sharing observations that can improve our solutions.
Requirements:
- Strong interest in cybersecurity, data analysis, and emerging technologies.
- Problem-solving mindset with eagerness to learn and take on challenges.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or other scripting languages (a plus, not mandatory).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) is an advantage.
- Pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
