YOUR ROLE

• Support change process (Management of Change) from quality perspective, ensuring product quality
• Lead problem solving teams to resolve customer complaints and internal non-conformities and provide appropriate training to internal stakeholders.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization within the quality department.
• Conduct statistical analysis for Quality
• Management of Customer Specification
• Complete and manage any assigned projects determined by the departmental Manager, Supervisor, and Leads.
• Communicate with various internal functions and execute the implementation of regulation changes.
• Lead others, including delegation of activities, to successfully complete projects and investigations

YOUR SKILLS

MUST have:

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry/chemical engineering or related degrees
• 5-8 years working experience in Quality Assurance and QMS
• Good communication skills in English and Japanese
• Proven track record with multinational companies

Nito to have:

• Big Data analysis experience
• SAP or other database experience
• Background in Chemical industries
• Statistical Analysis skills and knowledge in statistical tool
• New graduates are also welcome provided you have a relevant degree in Chemistry
