What you'll do

• Manage and ensure qualitative, hygiene and security parameters of all departments (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, FSSC22000)
• Approach to lean manufacturing
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Collaborate with colleagues and facilitate communication among teams
• Support the production supervisor in planning daily activities in the departments
• Deliver analysis plant performance KPIs, budget and projects
• Ensure operations processes and solutions

What makes you a good fit

• Chemical high school diploma/Degree in Chemical/Industrial Engineering or related field
• Fluent in Italian and in English
• Min 2 years of previous experience in a similar role is required
• People management skills
• Great interpersonal and leadership skills to collaborate with different colleagues
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office package
• Availability to work on shifts
