The team works closely with cross-functional partners to optimize manufacturing processes, enhance operational efficiency, and drive strategic initiatives across the site

What you´ll do

• Support product transfers between SBUs and sites, ensuring smooth ramp-up and minimal disruption
  
• Conduct process capability studies and validation trials to optimize transfer performance
  
• Provide real-time troubleshooting and root cause analysis for process deviations and equipment issues
  
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and R&D teams to resolve recurring problems and align on specifications
  
• Monitor daily production data, identify trends, and implement process improvements to enhance yield and efficiency
  
• Participate in cross-functional improvement projects and support trials for new materials or equipment
  
• Maintain accurate documentation, prepare technical reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders
  
• Drive digital system enhancements and support consistent, effective use of engineering tools

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is required
  
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in manufacturing and/or process engineering of chemical industry is required
  
• Experience of six sigma projects, and/or hands-on experience with process optimization, troubleshooting, and data analysis is preferred. Relevant certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Process Safety or Quality Systems are a plus
  
• Familiarity with statistical tools (e.g. Minitab) and/or process control systems (e.g. PLC), and/or basic understanding of programming languages, MES and BMS system architectures are preferred
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, effective communication and collaboration skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working on the shopfloors and engaging with operators and technicians
  
• Native-level proficiency in Korean is required and business proficiency in English is essential
