Responsibilities
- Meeting the mutually agreed revenue targets through New Logo acquisitions, Renewals and Turnkey Engineering Services, with a strong emphasis on Value based Selling
- Lead and handle contract negotiations with cross functional support teams, including handling tender documents to ensure compliance
- Partnering with various internal teams such as Technical, Marketing, Development etc. to implement and execute Territorial Business Plans aligned with strategic goals
- Contribute by helping to develop ecosystem e.g. Partners, Collaboration with universities etc. to expand market reach
- Maintain Accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibility through CRM tools such as Salesforce to ensure and track performances accurately
- Ready to close orders virtually as part of new normal while developing new leads through online and digital channels and through physical marketing events
- Demonstrate honesty and integrity in line with Keysight's corporate values and standard guidelines
Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Production/ Civil/ Electrical/ Aerospace/ Marine etc.). MBA (with specialization in Sales and Marketing) would be an added advantage.
