- You will have key responsibilities that directly impact Apple's product line success. - Interface and drive closure of critical silicon issues with multi-functional teams to enable successful SoC mass production ramp. - Enable tight collaboration between DFT, Product Engineering/Test/Quality, Silicon Validation, Material Management and Systems teams during NPI to finalize SoC performance targets and screen requirements. - Drive simple and effective processes from past lessons learned to avoid quality and execution issues early in development cycle. - Disciplined issue tracking, organizing and reporting of program risks, status and options for resolution to executive management. - Rapidly synthesize and communicate findings to senior leaders and proactively identify and resolve potential supply issues that can affect product strategy.

Minimum Qualifications

• B.S. in an Engineering field and 3+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in SOC/ Chip Design/Validation, DFT, Test or Product Engineering.
• Experience working with SoCs in areas such as NPI or a high volume environment.

• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Driven and highly motivated.
• Must demonstrate ability to drive resolution of critical problems under pressure.
• Ability to understand and extract action plans from complex technical discussions and translate into succinct messaging for multi-functional and executive status reporting.
• Ability to connect the dots and identify gaps in process, planning and propose mitigations.
• Experience working in a dynamic multi-disciplined engineering environment, strong at multi-tasking, and real-time crisis management.
• Strong desire to own/drive project development using well defined metrics.
• Comfortable with fast paced schedule driven development.
• Experience working with foundries/OSATs/external vendors.
• Ability to function and progress actions in ambiguous situations .
• Technical Program Management/ Engineering Management experience.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $141,800 and $258,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
