Description
About this Position- Involve in new global initiative: Technical Directly Engage with Customer and ensure they meet business winning strategy.
- Directly engage and works with the scientists from top industrial player to develop cutting edge technologies to reshape the industry.
- Be responsible to fix the application parameters, customer process issues regarding technical solutions, project and processes, skillset, etc.
- Closely work with product developer, customer engineering to develop new process for enabling new solutions.
- Conduct compliance assessments based on Henkel corporate sustainability and SHE standards.
- Coordinate process development and support cross-functional/SBU teams to achieve new technologies and innovations.
- Connect with customers, suppliers and 3rd party partners and generate insights through various platforms applications, and technologies.

What makes you a good fit
- MS and above degree in related fields.
- Over 2 years in battery industry for adhesive dispensing or equipment, process development.
- Experience in adhesive dispensing, battery manufacture process, mechanics.
- Strong communication, presentation and conflict management skills.
- Result-oriented leadership.
