Description
DescriptionThis role will lead projects and roadmap management of the Card & Savings program with a focus on building capabilities and platforms that support delivering amazing customer new features. You will partner and work directly with teams across the Engineering organization and cross-functional teams across Apple as well as multiple external partners, and will lead the end-to-end scoping, planning, execution, and launch of initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of Technical and Cross-Functional Project and/or Program Management experience.
- 6+ years of leading cross-functional projects, specifically managing dependencies across internal and external partners, and owning the end-to-end project delivery.
- 6+ years of driving complex technical programs, defining roadmaps, identifying and mitigating risks, securing multi-functional alignment, and implementing delivery processes.
- 3+ recent years of leading an engineering team through the SDLC of a customer facing product, ideally within the data, analytics, payments and/or financial technology space.
- Effective decision-maker who is able to balance risks and benefits. Maintain flexibility to handle directional change and maintain ability to concurrently manage multiple priorities on the roadmap.
- Using presentation, oral and written communication skills, able to effectively communicate with various audiences and levels both internally and externally.
- Facilitate and participate in technical design brainstorming sessions.
- Build positive relationships with multi-functional internal organizations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Interact and influence partners and senior executive leadership to push projects and programs forward.
- Ability to navigate and implement in an environment of ambiguity and lead project teams to the successful delivery of solutions.
- Inherent passion to lead, mentor and grow other EPMs in our PMO team
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $203,300 and $305,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
