Description
What you´ll do- Be a leading change agent on Latin Americas level and inspire a team of local lean professionals;
- Act as mentor and supporter for the sites to deploy the lean and six sigma tools and standards;
- Implement, and contribute to the continuous improvement of Henkel Production System (HPS);
- Support plants to increase productivity and improve processes across the end-to-end supply chain to create competitive advantage for LATAM Henkel Adhesives Technology;
- Facilitate best practice sharing across the region;
- Drive and implement global Lean Six Sigma Key Initiatives in the region.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree, in Engineering, Supply Chain or Operations. Master’s degree is a plus;
- Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience including a proven track record in project management and lean transformation across multi manufacturing sites;
- Profound experience with Lean methods, such as: A3, 5S, Gemba, Kaizen,OEE, SMED, Standardized Work, TPM, Visual Management, VSM, Six Sigma;
- Strong communication skills as well as proven coaching and training capabilities;
- Entrepreneurial spirit, analytical thinking and ability to motivate people;
- Fluent English and Portuguese language; Spanish would be a plus.
