What you´ll do
- Lead End-to-End Supply Chain Operations: Oversee production planning and procurement to ensure timely availability of materials and efficient production processes.
- Drive Key Performance Metrics: Monitor and improve key metrics such as service levels, inventory optimization, and production schedule adherence to meet customer demands and operational goals.
- Team Leadership and Development: Manage and develop the local supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, delivery, and cost objectives are met.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with manufacturing, logistics, and quality teams to align supply chain activities with production schedules and customer requirements.
- Strategic Initiative Leadership: Lead and execute strategic initiatives defined by the Site Leadership Team, focusing on cost savings, performance improvements, and change management.
What makes you a good fit
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management, or Business.
- Professional Experience: 8+ years of related experience in supply planning, procurement, warehousing, and inventory control.
- ERP Proficiency: Strong experience using ERP systems; ideally SAP.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams in a dynamic environment.
- Analytical Abilities: Excellent communication, planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Problem-Solving Expertise: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to implement effective corrective actions.
- Certifications: APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is a plus.
- Process Improvement Experience: Familiarity with Lean, continuous improvement, or process optimization initiatives.

The salary for this role is $110,000.00 - $135,000.00 . This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
