What you´ll do

• Plan the replenishment of finished goods in various countries within Europe
• Take over the planning responsibility for full portfolio of specific technology within region
• Maintain strong working relationships with Henkel production plants in order to confirm production/shipping schedules and ensure on-time in-full deliveries
• Cooperate closely with Production Planners and other key departments like Business Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, Packaging and Purchasing
• Shortage management: Proactively report and manage service level issues and supply bottlenecks
• Project management on regional level
• Manage the inventory to an optimum level
• Continuously optimize processes and setup

What makes you a good fit

Min. Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Business Administration/Economics or related field, with focus on supply chain
• Min. 1-3 years of proven work experience in Supply Planning role or related field
• Fluent English (oral and written) is required
• Another European language knowledge is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and good communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills are required
• SAP APO planning tool knowledge is an advantage
• Problem-solving attitude and team orientation
• Ability to work in a diverse environment and with colleagues from around the globe
