What you´ll do

• Plan and implement material tests and laboratory work assignments for existing and new products according to international standards and customer requirements
• Set up, operate and maintain laboratory, analytical and application equipment in accordance with quality, safety and 5S standards
• Develop, optimize and standardize test methods and testing processes
• Prepare laboratory test reports, document test results and support technical assessments based on the findings
• Actively manage inventory and ordering process for lab materials
• Contribute to technical trainings and demonstrations for Sales, Key Account Management and other stakeholders

What makes you a good fit

• Certified Technician in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable field
• Around 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in technical roles
• Practical experience in laboratory work
• Skills to evaluate and interpret test results and prepare technical assessments, incl. developing recommendations for further experimental steps
• Proficiency in the use of digital tools e. g. for data analytics and visualization would be a big plus
• Ability to work independently as well as in multidisciplinary and international teams
• Good communication skills in English and German

Position can also be filled in Part-time (ca. 80%)
