HemoCue is a leading provider of point-of-care diagnostic solutions, enabling healthcare practitioners across clinical settings and geographies to improve patient outcomes and clinical workflows. HemoCue offers point-of-care testing for hemoglobin, glucose and HbA1c as well as total and differential white blood cell count.
As a Territory Sales Representative for HemoCue India, you will play a key role in generating sales & create new sales opportunities.
You will be a part of the Sales Team based in Mumbai and report to the Regional Sales Manager. In this function you will be working closely with the India sales & marketing team If you thrive in a fast paced, solution-oriented, customer sales & support role and want to work to build a world-class digital sales organization-read on.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Drive sales of HemoCue products Government & Private sectors such as Blood centers, Doctors, Diagnostic Labs, Nursing homes, Hospitals etc.
 - Generate revenue with high profitability.
 - Maintain & grow on current business.
 - Tender management
 - Technical and commercial proposal development & submission
 - Channel partner/distributor development and management
 - Key opinion leader identification, engagement, development and management.
 - Stakeholder mapping and management.
 - Getting Rate contracts.
 - Key Account management
 
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelors in science with minimum 1 years of professional experience in healthcare industry (Pharma or medical device industry)
 - A person having knowledge and understanding of Indian healthcare delivery system with information on procurement process of medical essentials at all levels.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
 - Should have had some exposure of procurement process of Directorate Health Services, Medical Education department, Public Health Dept., and ESI of states. Assist in the development of the annual sales plan, specifically advising on realistic forecasts for each product and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy, and sales effort) and sales promotion program plans. Secure product growth Year on Year.
 - Exposure in managing the sales, training of end users & trouble shooting at existing installations, developing a business plan covering sale, revenue, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization's presence in respective territory. Should have experience in managing KOL at institutions and the corporate hospitals and Government hospitals.
 
- It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
 
- Previous experience working in biomedical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare-related fields
 - Understanding of process of procurement GOVT organizations.
 - Ability to adapt to and work within laid down SOPs.
 - Good communication skills to interact with internal and external customers
