Description
About this PositionJoin Henkel as a key leader in our supply chain operations, overseeing the end-to-end management of raw materials (RM) and finished goods (FG).
What you´ll do
- Managing inbound and outbound logistics, pre-batching processes, and production scheduling.
- Ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality material supply to support production.
- Leading and developing warehouse teams, including forklift drivers and operators.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize material flow and inventory levels.
- Planning and implementing logistics strategies aligned with Lean Six Sigma principles.
- Conducting regular training and briefings to upskill team members.
- Performing and overseeing stock-taking activities to ensure inventory accuracy.
What makes you a good fit
- University degree in Chemical Engineering or Supply Chain Management
- Proven experience in warehouse and materials management.
- Strong understanding of SAP and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems).
- Certified Green Belt or Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
- Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
