The Warehouse Operator IV is a senior-level position responsible for performing a wide range of advanced warehousing and material handling tasks during night shifts. Job Responsibilities
* Operate various material handling equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks, to safely and efficiently move, stack, and retrieve materials within the warehouse.
* Execute complex receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping processes, ensuring adherence to established procedures and quality standards.
* Perform advanced inventory control tasks, including cycle counting, discrepancy resolution, and maintaining accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
* Lead and train junior warehouse personnel on proper material handling techniques, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
* Identify and troubleshoot issues related to inventory, equipment, or processes, and escalate complex problems to supervision as needed.
* Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for all warehouse activities, including shipping logs, receiving reports, and inventory adjustments.
* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and 5S principles within the warehouse environment.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for process optimization and contributing to problem-solving efforts.
* Communicate effectively with production, logistics, and other internal departments to facilitate smooth material flow and meet operational demands.
* Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.

Job Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent required.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment, with a strong emphasis on material handling and inventory control.
* Proven experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, and other powered industrial trucks, with valid certification(s) preferred.
* Demonstrated proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
* Strong understanding of inventory control principles, including cycle counting and discrepancy resolution.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding environment.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
* Must be able to work the night shift (e.g., 402 shift code refers to specific night hours, which would be defined internally by Jabil).
* Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
