Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to join our Sales Operations team in Tunisia, with a focus on long-term Business Intelligence (BI) initiatives. This role is essential for enabling accurate forecasting, scalable analytics, and actionable insights across multiple business functions. You will collaborate closely with global teams to support data-driven decision-making and contribute to the evolution of intelligent analytics within Keysight's software division.

Responsibilities

Dashboard & Reporting Development

• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic business dashboards using Salesforce CRM Analytics.
• Ensure dashboards provide meaningful and relevant views for business performance analysis.
• Create performance reports for management and internal stakeholders.
• Integrate AI-enhanced features into BI tools to expand analytical capabilities.

Sales & Performance Analytics

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that improve sales performance.
• Collaborate with Sales and Management teams to support forecasting and performance reviews.
• Identify strengths and weaknesses in sales execution and enable targeted coaching strategies.
• Deliver insights that support Product Management decisions and customer-facing roles with relevant market and performance analytics.
• Contribute to defining how intelligent BI can enhance Keysight's Sales Team performance.

Data Quality & Process Improvement

• Continuously monitor and improve data quality by identifying issues and proposing corrective measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and consistency.

Qualifications

Hard Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• A strong background, preferably with 5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Familiarity with data cleaning techniques and tools is advantageous.
• Experience in designing and delivering dashboards that support business performance analysis.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics; knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
